Emplacement non loin du stade et des commerces
Manque de vaisselle pour 4 personnes (3 bols, 1 grand verre...) Table en très mauvais état avec des sets de table très sales en guise de camouflage... Rideaux non occultants ( réveillés à 6h du matin) Climatisation et bouche vmc pleines de saletés noires Carrelage sdb pas propre plein de ciment blanc des joints Oreiller dur et gros comme un parpaing Gros potentiel joli appartement mais manque sérieusement d'entretien
