Pozitia apartamentului, f aproape de Olt, vedere frumoasa din balcon (se vede vf Cozia), multe utilități la bucătărie, prăjitor de pâine, cuptor cu microunde, sandwich maker, frigider, aragaz.... Ptr copii in sufragerie pentru copii este Xbox. Copilul meu a fost foarte fericit.Apartamentul a fost curat, apa calda la orice ora, liniste, aer condiționat în dormitor. Magazinul de la capătul străzii a fost facil pentru aprovizionare. Gazda a fost foarte discreta nu ne-a deranjat deloc.
Am prins o perioada foarte călduroasă, noroc cu aerul condiționat din dormitor care ne-a ajutat la răcorirea apartamentului. Atât....

Un apartament situat la et3,cu toate facilitățile necesare (aer condiționat, bucătărie f bine dotată),comunicarea cu proprietarul excelentă. Pentru noi ,raport preț calitate excepțional!
