Era la primera vez que ibamos, y fue un espectaculo, personalmente queremos ir el año que viene otra vez en verano, son super amables, super acogedores, las instalaciones son una maravilla, todo muy limpio y muchisima tranquilidad, nos vinimos con pena porque queriamos estar mas dias.

Lo único fue que en la piscina habia muchas avispas, no picaron a nadie y todo el mundo estaba metido en la piscina sin problema, pero si que creo que podrían ponerle una solución. Por el resto, todo perfecto.

Las instalaciones son maravillosa y la piscina de 10 , mucha tranquilidad

The accommodation was newly built and of a high standard or it will be when the holiday complex is finished. However, at the moment the development is a construction site. At the time of our stay the swimming pool did not exist, despite the booking.com site stating that the pool was temporarily unavailable, in fact it had not at the time of our stay been started. The owner/manager was very friendly and quickly responsive to the issues and problems we encountered. He was very apologetic and tried to help.

We had to change apartments given an ant infestation in the main bedroom. There were ants crawling all over the bed. Changing over apartment the next day wasted a good half day of our holiday. In our second apartment the heating did not work. The apartment was cold. The service engineer was unable to get out to repair the system until the day after we left. The owner/manager offered us yet another apartment, we declined another change as we did not wish to waste yet more of our holiday. We were supplied with two oil filled radiators that evening. In the second apartment we were rudely awakened at 7.30am in the morning due to the noise of the builders removing scaffolding, with construction traffic noise and other construction works. We could not hear ourselves think.
