Villa Golf Sanlucar

Piękny, przestronny dom z fantastycznym ogrodem i prywatnym basenem. Położony w spokojnej, bezpiecznej i kameralnej okolicy, idealnej do odpoczynku. Przed budynkiem znajduje się duża, wygodna przestrzeń parkingowa. Dom jest w pełni umeblowany i wyposażony — gotowy do zamieszkania. To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce.

Lo espaciosa que es la casa, amplio salón con chimenea (lo mejor) y el detalle de dejar café e infusiones. Así como poder entrar antes y salir después de la hora estipulada

Duchas muy muy pequeñas Y la limpieza estaba bien pero no habían limpiado a fondo ( telarañas etc)

Kiva ja iso talo, omalla pihalla, kattoterassilla ja uima-altaalla. Helmikuussa asunto oli lämmin, eikä yhtään kolea. Rauhallinen alue.

Perussiisteys oli ok, mutta pientä parannettavaa oli mm. Astoiden siisteydessä. Sijainti on kaukana kaikesta, hyvässä ja pahassa.

the villa is a decent size and the garden and pool area lovely.

we found the indoor sofas and outdoor a seating a bit dated and uncomfortable. likewise the family bathroom with 2 small showers could be upgraded into one large shower. the downstairs loo is very small. whilst the location is overlooking the golf course, there is currently no golf available as the course is allegedly up for sale which is shame as we expected to be able to play golf! the area is very residential which means there are lots of dogs barking, likewise we could hear the cockerels day and night from the farm across the course and we also heard music well into the night on a number of occasions, we had no idea where it was coming from though. there are no restaurants within walking distance so you have to drive everywhere. we felt that the villa was a bit cluttered and had too many personal bits and pieces making the decor a mishmash of styles - but this is our opinion, others may love it.
