Nice place to stay

The property is situated in a nice location on a quiet street, five minutes from the nearest beach. Big terrace with a sea view. The apartment has all the equipment for living. Very powerful air conditioner in all rooms.

The bathroom is a little bit uncomfortable to use; there is no socket for a hair dryer.

Pleasent apartment with a big terrace and nice sea view

Spacious, pleasent rustic decor, very big terrace with nice sea view. There was AC on all rooms and living are, life saving at 35 degrees.

There was at least 5 different kinds of glasses for alcoholic becerages, but not a lot of cooking utensils. and the pan available was badly scratched as there were no wooden/plastic utensils to cook with. Only 2 dishwasher tablets were available, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Narrow parking space, keep that in mind if you have a big car.

Great location and great amenities, would stay again.

The apartment is fantastic, modern, clean and spacious. The host was very nice. The location is good- on the same street as the Post Office. It takes you about 10 minutes to the beach, but that is just how Neum is. You have stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance and it is a nice and quiet neighborhood. The giant terrace made the stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. I was not a fan of the French door on the bathroom as it cannot be locked and it doesn't really give you full privacy. We traveled with our friends, so it was a bit weird for me to go to the bathroom. If I had the power to change anything, that would be the only thing. Otherwise, this was perfect.

An amazing view of the Adriatic sea!

Our stay was amazing. The villa is very close to the city with a great view. The apartment was very clean. There is a private parking spot (garage) in front of the house. The artisan pieces are what truly sets the décor apart. Designer furniture pieces really sets apart this villa from all the rest ones!

Our experience was unbelievable. The location is great with a truly once-in-a-lifetime view of the Adriatic Sea. The villa was furnished with great attention to detail! You have to plan your evenings in the outdoor sitting area!

В соседнем доме велась стройка, в течении всех 3-х дней долбил перфоратор (с 7:30 до 18:30). В вилле находится было невозможно. Отдых был испорчен.

Amazing apartment

Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and very pleasant! Ana, who welcomed us, was extremely kind and helpful. She even came to pick us up in the village because we no longer had an internet connection and therefore no GPS. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend! Magnifique appartement, joliment décoré et très agréable ! Ana, qui nous a accueillis, a été extrêmement gentille et serviable. Elle est même venue nous chercher dans le village, car nous n’avions plus de connexion Internet et donc pas de GPS. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement

Очень стильные апартаменты, всё как на фото. Быстрое заселение, отличный вайфай. Большая терраса с потрясающим видом. Свое парковочное место. Море вниз по лестнице минут 6, вверх сложнее. Там же слева пекарня, справа магазин. Отличное место, рекомендую.

Ok für 2 Nächte, mehr nicht!

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Besitzerin sowie die Person die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat waren zu jeder Zeit verfügbar und haben schnell geantwortet. Die Lage war super und der Blick vom Balkon genial. Der Sonnenuntergang war einfach traumhaft. Es gab viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, was für uns super war, da wir zu 5. als Familie gereist sind. Das Design war an sich sehr schön, auch das Bad, die Fliesen haben mir gut gefallen

Die Unterkunft war generell sehr schmutzig, unter dem Bett war Müll und hinter den Schlafsofas sehr viel Staub. Auch das Bad war stellenweise einfach super dreckig, sowie die Küche. Es waren nirgends Haken zu finden, wo man mal ein Handtuch aufhängen kann. Bei 5 Personen eine Zumutung. Der Gasherd funktioniert nicht richtig. Boden und Wände teilweise kaputt. Kühlschrank fehlen seitlich die Regale. Es wird zu viel auf schnick schnack gesetzt anstatt das wesentliche ordentlich zu halten.

De locatie, de inrichting, de faciliteiten (vaatwasser, wasmachine, strijkijzer, eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur). vriendelijk onthaal! We hadden een fijne tijd in dit smaakvol ingerichte appartement! Bakker, winkel en strand in de buurt. Zonder auto te bereiken.

De boiler is niet toereikend om het mooie grote bad te vullen met warm water, soms een vervelende afvoergeur.

Klassz hely, kedves szállásadó.

Nagyon jó helyen lévő szállás, kedves kiadóval. A szobák kényelmesek, az autó zárt garázsban volt. A nappali hatalmas, a terasz is. A konyha jól felszerelt. Egy estét töltöttünk itt, átutazóban Montenegróba. Minden tiszta, szép, ízléses.

Uitstekend, fantastich!

Wij hebben een boeking van 7 nachten gehad en vonden het zo goed dat wij het verblijf met 2 nachten wilden verlengen. Het was helaas niet mogelijk omdat het al volgeboekt was. Prachtige uitzicht naar de zee. 3 minuten lopen en je bent al in het centrum en het strand. Het is best rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Eigenaar is niet aanwezig in het huis, maar reageert best snel op berichten. Ana, de vrouw die het huis verzorgd en haar man de tuinier kan je voor alles vragen. Heel aardige mensen.

Het is niet geschikt voor minder valide en oudere mensen. Veel trappen in totaal 178 😀. Je kan ook om heen lopen als je de trappen niet wil nemen. Ik miste wat meer licht in de badkamer en keuken, maar dat kan ook persoonlijk zijn.

Een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een ontspannen verblijf aan zee.

De woning heeft twee slaapkamers en een grote eetkamer/keuken waar je gezellig samen kunt koken en tafelen. Het absolute pluspunt is het gigantische terras – perfect om te ontspannen in de zon of om 's avonds lang te tafelen.

Просторное уютное жилье с прекрасным видом на море

Прекрасная терраса и вид на море с закатами. Просторная и светлая квартира со всем необходимым. Много разной посуды, духовка и варочная поверхность, большой телевизор и обеденный стол. Особенно ценными были стиральная и сушильная машины, посудомойка. Отличное расположение в 5 минутах до пляжа, рядом на улице небольшой магазинчик с продуктами. Легко добраться и бесплатное место для парковки.

Немного болтался кран в ванной и не очень сильный напор в душе. Хозяева продвигают местный бренд одежды, и в номере можно было найти платья с ценниками и косметику для покупки, что очень классно. Но было бы лучше, если бы косметику можно было бы потестить пробниками или она бы присутствовала в ванной. Так бы была возможность попробовать и был бы выше шанс покупки. А так, к сожалению, баночки просто стояли на камине и занимали место. Так же было немного необычно увидеть импровизированную витрину-картину прямо на стене большой комнаты :) Между комнатами есть пороги, к ним можно привыкнуть за несколько дней. Но первое время очень часто спотыкались :) было бы хорошо какой-то умягчитедь предусмотреть
