We booked apartmant and we got a wood cottage without aircondition on 37+ ... inside was like in hell , horiblle... Also , there is no wifi at all, and nothing else, just bed and tv and that all you will get . Bathroom an toilet are in the same area so when you are showering , all water is on the floor in all bathroom . Restaurant is very expensive , not so cheap as they say .You dont have private beach as they also say because it is available too anyone . At the end, the worst experiance in life , the best description of this visit is like in the movie The wrong turn. Please save your nerves and skip this place.

The location is very pretty. The staff was Nice. They wanted to help. But you just cannot help when the basic things that we were promised are not there, and They cannot provide Them. And broken lights that They dont fix.

They did not have the things They promote. There was no wifi or aircon as promised. The sofa bed is for one not Two people. There was no Electric water Cooker as promised. So you are Very dependent on the restaurant. Problems with toilet smell, and water pressure was so low. The electricity was gone many times in the 3 Days we were there. Our house and terrace was right over the kitchen and chimney. Which ment a lot of smoke in the evening. The sea is rather cold in this area. It is Really to expensive for what They have to offer. I se that They now have changed their list, after we complained. We went home sooner and contacted booking.com for a refund, But we stille havent heard for Them. Its been 4 weeks.

Where do you begin? The room was filthy. The floor was worn, dirty, unfinished wood - not the shiny wood floor you see in the advertisement. There was no hot water. The shower was in the toilet and there was no curtain - so you stand within a couple inches of the toilet and the water gets the entire bathroom wet. The bathroom floor has no slope to the shower drain so the entire bathroom floor is wet from your shower and you have to push the water to the drain, then use one of the 2 (2!!) towels they provide to mop the floor. several shower tiles were broken and the grout was patchy. The only lights were single bulbs hanging from a wire. The bud was a lumpy futon. The bed was so small, and crammed into a corner, that I (6ft) had to choose whether to sleep with my head or my feet against the wall. There was no wifi. The mirror was just leaning on the sink with some screws above it on the wall where (maybe) a previous mirror had hung. One outlet had no power. A second outlet was melted. A third outlet was loosely hanging from the wall and not flush. The ceiling in the bathroom had a gap of ~4cm where the carpenter did not bother to finish installing the last slat of board. The “couch” in my unit was a plywood box with some batting and upholstery. The coffee table in my unit was water damaged and stained Ikea particle board. The refrigerator was unplugged and smelled bad. There was a clock with a broken frame set to the wrong time. None of the curtain rods functioned so that you could open the windows properly. One curtain rod was just a stick on a 10cm screw. The lawn chairs still had the sale stickers on the seating surface - so that if you sat on them the adhesive would stain your pants. There was an old stove full of trash on the outer West wall of my unit. There was a pile of used boots and shoes at the NW corner of my unit. There was a pile of garbage and used building material in the bushes the the West of my unit.

The location itself was pretty unique, and it's by definitely the best in Neum.

Das Doppelbett war zudem sehr unbequem. Auch frisches Toilettenpapier und neue Handtücher wurden nicht bereitgestellt. Aufgrund der mangelhaften Unterkunft, des Ungeziefers und der fehlenden Sauberkeit würde ich nur 2 von 10 Punkten vergeben.“

Не понравилось то что на фото и в описании не совпадает от слова совсем. Электричество отключается каждый день на 3-4 часа. Грязно Много посторонних людей .

Sama priroda dovoljna je da ovaj smještaj ocijenimo s čistom desetkom, ali osim toga, oduševljeni smo cijelim objektom i idejom iza njega. Prekrasne kućice od drveta i kamena, s terasicom koja pruža čaroban pogled na more, čine ugođaj potpunim. Na plaži, kreveti s baldahinima, okruženi palmama i maslinama, u miru i tišini, daleko od gradske vreve, djeluju kao pravi lijek za dušu. Idealno za sve koji žele pobjeći od stresa i gužve. Kućice se nalaze tik uz plažu, restoran je odmah pored, a koktel je uvijek nadohvat ruke, sve što treba za potpuni odmor i hedonizam. Posebno pohvaljujemo osoblje koje je izuzetno uslužno, a opet nenametljivo. Već pri dolasku su nam rekli da se slobodno obratimo za sve što nam je potrebno i zaista su ispunili svoju riječ. Apartman nas je dočekao čist, uredan i mirisan. Feral Beach je mjesto koje smo posjetili prvi put, ali zasigurno ne i posljednji. Zbog očaravajuće prirode, krasnih kućica, vrhunske usluge i ugođaja kojem se lako prepustiti, nije se bilo teško zaljubiti. To je mjesto gdje smo punim srcem osjetili ljeto, more i sunce. Sve preporuke od nas, odmor za dušu i tijelo.

Mir haben die Ruhe und Stille sehr gefallen, und das Meer ist auf eine künstlerische Weise klar und rein

Einige Dinge haben meinen Aufenthalt leider negativ beeinflusst. Am meisten hat mich Folgendes gestört: 1. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Resort ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand – ein steiniger, holpriger Schotterweg mit vielen Schlaglöchern. Für weniger erfahrene Fahrer kann das wirklich problematisch sein. 2. Auch der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft ist schwer zugänglich. Das Wenden mit dem Auto innerhalb des Resorts ist fast unmöglich. 3. Jeden Morgen wird der Strom von der Hauptleitung auf Solarenergie umgestellt, was jedes Mal ein bis zwei Stunden dauert. An Sonntagen steht tagsüber überhaupt kein Strom zur Verfügung – das hat mich ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. 4. Das WLAN ist leider sehr instabil und fällt häufig aus. 5. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war zwar vorhanden, funktionierte aber überhaupt nicht – offenbar nur als Dekoration. 6. Die angegebene Telefonnummer für die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht erreichbar. Niemand hat abgehoben, sodass ich persönlich ins Restaurant gehen musste, um den Schlüssel abzuholen.

Die Lage, der Strand und die angenehme Atmosphäre

Alles perfekt, gibt’s nichts auszusetzen.

Voda je bila super, muzika na plazi ugodna, mir i tisina, klima u kucicama, terasa je prostrana i gleda u more, pet friendly je, mnogo maca je u naselju, super za slikanje

Mnogo vise ulaganja u sve bi trebalo biti. Kucice su vec dotrajale, ulazna vrata nismo mogli zakljucati, kreveti provaljeni, wc je uzasno smrdio, tv postoji samo da ga upalite i to je to, nema programe, kucice su pune insekata i buba, te iz tog razloga smo napustili ranije jer od straha nismo spavale dvije noci. Ukoliko dolazite autom bolje ostavite svoje auto u Neumu i rentajte auto jer je makadamski dio puta uzasan kao i spustanje prema kucicama, spustiti se mozete ali vratiti se jako tesko, mnogo je strmo, nema sanse da se mozete s nekim krizati i gume cete zapaliti dok se popnete. Cistoca je uzas, posteljina je bila prljava, sreca pa smo ponijeli svoju, wc solja nije ociscena od prethodnih gosti! Ukoliko narucite jednu ribu u restoranu platiti cete je 100KM 😁 Struje tokom dana nema nikako a pred vecer i ostatak veceri ima. Na internet zaboravite i svoj i wifi, mozda ga uhvatite na momente, a ko voli da se iskljuci od civilizacije njemu ce biti super. Ulaz u more je skaci na glavu ili se klizi po kamenju, a za izlaz iz mora moras biti spiderman! Na mnogo mjesta su mogli napraviti stepenice za ulaz i izlaz ali eto nema ih. Djecu ne dovodite ni u kom slucaju! Uglavnom moze to mnogo mnogo bolje, ako se ulozi mnogo u ovaj projekat.
