Accommodating up to 14 guests, this spacious 5-bedroom home is the ideal haven for large families, friends` gatherings or for those simply craving a serene and luxurious mountain retreat.

An authentic mountain atmosphere adorns the retreat, accented by tastefully injected modern amenities for comfort. Stepping distance from the quaint town of Donnelly and just over seven miles from thrilling Tamarack Resort, our location offers a plethora of activities all year-round, from skiing and snowboarding to mountain biking and lake exploration.

The heart of this spectacular property is its grand living area. Boasting soaring high ceilings and magnificent windows, it bathes the cabin in natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding beauty. A floor-to-ceiling stone hearth with a wood-burning fireplace stands as the centerpiece, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during those chilly mountain nights.

For those who adore the culinary arts, your dream kitchen awaits. Craft gourmet meals in this chef`s kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, sleek granite countertops, and a spacious breakfast bar. We`ve equipped the kitchen with everything you`ll need to whip up mouthwatering dishes in comfort and style.

Our home is more than just luxurious; it`s fun. It boasts an ample collection of board games, providing endless entertainment for all ages.

Discover sleeping quarters of unrivaled comfort, bathed in natural light, and featuring ample storage. From the stately king bed on the top floor to the cozy twin bunks, every guest is promised restful slumber.

The five bedrooms include:
Top Floor: King Bed Master Suite
Main Floor: King Bed Bedroom, Two Queen Bed Bedroom, Twin over Queen Bunk Bed Bedroom, and an additional Twin over Queen Bunk Bed Bedroom.

Located on a paved road, our tranquil retreat remains easily accessible throughout the year. Welcome to your home away from home set amidst nature`s awe-inspiring beauty.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: Please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill` if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and unable to be cleaned by a routine hot tub servicing after your departure.

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Great stay! Beautiful home, very clean. 20 mins to Tamarack & the snow dumped on us while there! Loved it <3

A group of us booked this place as we are skiers and snowboarders. The map said that it was 1.2 miles from Tamarack Resort. Come to find out, that is as a crow flies. To drive there, it’s 10 miles. The fireplace on the photos is also not accessible in the winter so the $30 worth of wood we bought was all for nothing. The property management company made no effort to help us except cancel our reservation with 75% refunded.
