We loved the house. The kids room was perfect for the kids with their own bathroom. There is nothing up there though no games or toys if you’re expecting that in those built ins for the littles. Would fit 8 kids comfortably. The bottom bunks have another pull out underneath. Overall the house was very nice and very clean and we loved driving the golf cart everywhere! Camp watercolor is a block away with a cute park next to it. Some things I would look for next time - they really wanted you to use the concierge services. There are zero beach chairs, no wagon, no beach toys, no beach towels. They only leave you with 5 trash bags and one extra roll of toilet paper, no laundry detergent for the washing machine, 2 or 3 dishwasher pods and suggest getting everything from a concierge service. They do warn you before you come! For what you pay for the property I expected there to be a roll of trash bags and at least enough toilet paper. If you’re flying in you can’t hardly bring your own beach supplies, towels or toys so that was disappointing and pretty expensive to rent everything for the week. We spent over 500 to rent a few chairs and things for the beach and the extras for the house. The last property we were at provided all those things so I would go back to that one or look for one that provided most of that stuff so you’re not having to line up so much concierge services. Overall, great house just didn’t come with the amenities I was looking for traveling with three kids.

My family stayed for a week for Spring Break. We have stayed at many homes in Watercolor, and found this house to have everything we wanted! The access to bikes and the golf cart made our week fun and full of exploring the neighborhood easy access to the Beach Club and restaurants. The kid's room was a great space for our kids to hang out and play. The hosts were very responsive to questions throughout our stay.

Be aware that this owner will make up charges to fine you. The house was cute but if you want to be charged for things that you didn’t do and for broken blinds and window sills broken ( these were broken before we got there) I wouldn’t stay here. And that’s not all …. They make up things and accused us of things we didn’t do! Oh and dont use the towels they will charge you for anything and everything. it was very disappointing that you pay over 10 grand for a unit, pay a cleaning fee and pet fee and they still try to up charge again for things we didn’t do. We will never rent this place again!!! Also most of the eyes on the stove do not work, the tv in guest room does not work and a peddle fell completely off on one of the bikes! (we actually didn’t complain about any of these issues during our trip) and i wish we would have!
