Philip's Summerhouse

Philip's Summerhouse is the perfect secluded getaway on the lovely island of Kefalonia. The steep road down brings you to the cute house at the waterfront. Close to a beach (1 min. walk) where I haven't seen anyone else for the course of 7 days. It is completely quite and the mornings and sunsets from the balcony are amazing (including astounding views). It is easy to explore the rest of the island (car or scooter is essential). I was welcomed with open arms by Philip and his wife upon arrival. They even gifted me a bottle of local wine, 2 bottles of water and some local snacks. It was easy to leave the key in the locker box when I left. The house had everything (especially the airco is a must during summer time) and was very spacious. Would definitely recommend! :-)

Philip’s House, situated in a nice location, at the bottom of the hill near the small village of Farsa, is welcoming, well equipped for four people, clean and confortable. The host, Philip, is a really a nice person, kind and ready to help in every occurrence. We recommend to rent a suitable car to reach the place, because there is a downhill road that ends in a small beach within walking distance of a minute from the house. If you love nature, animals, silence and the sea, you have found the right place; from the terrace of the house you can enjoy an amazing view, especially at sunset.

la strada di accesso troppo ripida e non poter usufruire del giardino. Panorama fantastico ma non si poteva stare fuori.
