Superbe appartement à la croisée des 4 Châteaux

Nous avons été accueillis avant notre arrivée avec les conseils de notre hôte, laquelle a été réactive et a pris le temps d'échanger avec nous. Avions tout à disposition. Un parking à proximité pour le côté pratique. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette location.

Host cordiale e chiaro nelle comunicazioni inerenti le modalità di accesso all'alloggio. Alloggio accessoriato (piano cottura, fornetto elettrico, macchina del caffè, lavatrice, asse da stiro.stendino, TV, wifi) e dotato di prodotti per la pulizia (aspirapolvere, stracci, spugne, detersivi). Disponibilità di un ampio parcheggio pubblico nelle immediate vicinanze. Nelle vicinanze c'è un' ottima boulangerie per l'acquisto di prelibatezze per la colazione.

Volendo l'alloggio è comodo come punto di appoggio per visite ai vari castelli, ma non c' è molta vita né locali particolari nelle vicinanze.

Good size apartment, reasonably equipped for a self catering stay, modern bathroom facilities, located in a small village with good local bakery. Communication with host initially was good, with clear instructions for accessing key.

Unfortunately our stay was very much tainted by an extremely rude & offensive message received from the hosts an hour after we left, in regards to how we left the apartment. I wish I had taken my own photos! We were accused of not informing them we had a pet (of which is the main reason I booked, it said 'pet friendly') that pet hair was all over the furniture & in the shower and that we left coffee stains on the table (we never even used the machine or had coffee) and they had photos to prove it! We were on a road trip from Mallorca, Spain to UK with our small rescue dog (hence having to drive & not fly) and at this point had stayed in 3 previous AirB&B apartments; all 3 reviews from those hosts recommended us & said how respectful we were. If you are going to allow pets in your apartment you need to expect some hair & if this is a problem for cleaning, then charge a supplement fee- I should not feel like I'm a bad person for not hoovering & cleaning an apartment that I am paying to have cleaned after I leave! Ironically, upon arrival, both my partner & I remarked that it wasn't overly clean; the external oven/grill on the top shelf was extremely dirty, the hob, which we never used had grease splatters on it, the kitchen sink was stained, with a sponge that looked like it had been there since the first rental, the floor throughout felt sandy/dirty, the shower screen had watermarks on it and the rug in the lounge had long dog hairs on it! We were also confused as to the parking situation- it says 'On site Parking Available' so we parked in the courtyard connected to the property; as we unloaded the car we were being stared at by a very angry looking neighbour on their phone; 15 minutes into settling in, the owners came knocking asking us to move the car to the public church or townhall car park across the road!
