Casa stupenda, pulita nel centro di Roma e di Trastevere. Silenziosa e molto comoda. Grazie Greta siamo stati veramente benissimo, una bella sorpresa nel cuore di Roma grazie.

La posizione è ottima. La ragazza che gestisce la struttura è gentile e disponibile. Mi sono trovato molto bene e la struttura è pulita.

Posizione in Trestevere, comodo alle piazze principali e locali. Spazi ampi, buona insonorizzazione delle finestre. Carino il palazzo, particolare e curato. Cucinino disponibile per un pasto veloce o una colazione. Letto comodo
Pulizia scarsa, molta polvere. Manutenzione quasi inesistente: pezzi di doccia che si staccano, macchinetta del caffè presente ma non funzionante, pittura a muro che si scrosta. La doccia con getto lieve, quasi impossibile sciacquare i capelli (sono una donna). Eravamo in 3 ospiti per 2 notti e solo due bagnoschiuma di cortesia a disposizione (formato mini). Il divano letto matrimoniale non aveva a disposizione i cuscini propri e neanche in armadio una dotazione aggiuntiva. No aria condizionata quindi per dormire era necessario tenere le finestre aperte e la strada alle 5 circa cominciava a trafficarsi per cui era impossibile riposare oltre se non chiudendo le finestre e accedendo i pinguini presenti molto rumorosi
