About this house rental
Relaxing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom round house minutes away from sugar mountain ski resort. Newly renovated with all the necessities needed to enjoy your stay. We are less than a mile from sugar mountain ski resort, golfing and tennis. Less than 5 minutes from many restaurants, bars and shops. Boone, blowing rock, banner elk and beech mountain are less than 30 minutes away.
**There is not AC on the main level however, temperatures don't get too hot. There is a fan in the living room and each bathroom. The basement has a window AC unit.

Excellent location with a beautiful stream that you can listen to inside home. Windows have panaramic views of the trees. Beds were very comfortable and place is clean and provided everything for our stay. Thanks

Chalet was set up perfect for our family of 6. The downstairs bed in the common area with bathroom was great for our 23 year old son and the three upstairs bedrooms and two baths were wonderful for my husband and I, our son and fiancé and our 17 year old daughter. The location to sugar mountain skiing was excellent and having the flowing creek was beautiful. We definitely hope to book again next year!

Very comfy and clean with so-so beds. I would give 5 stars, but the place is not nearly high-end enough (lots of little things like a cracked toilet seat [!]) to match its pricing (once the fees were added, we paid over four Ben Franklins for each of 3 nights). But, yes, very comfy with a fire and the view and the sweet creek nearby.
