Whether you’re here to hit the slopes, admire the fall colors, or unwind with loved ones, this beautifully updated Skyleaf condo offers the ideal mountain retreat. Perched halfway up Sugar Mountain at an elevation of 4,500 feet, you’ll enjoy crisp, cool summers (average highs below 75°F) and breezy mountain nights—no air conditioning needed.
Tucked at the end of a quiet street surrounded by mature trees, this peaceful property offers privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking layered mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the spacious deck while soaking in the scenery.
NOTE: The fireplace was blocked by the condo association and is not currently functional.
Inside, you’ll find thoughtful updates throughout: new flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stylish furnishings, and a brand-new walk-in shower on the main level.
