About this apartment rental
Lavender Apartment is a charming, light, and bright lower ground floor apartment, forming part of an elegant Victorian Villa. The apartment’s name is inspired by the swathes of lavender that greet you as you go through the gate to the property. The apartment comprises a sunny sitting room with doors onto a small patio looking out on to the owners beautifully tended garden, a large bedroom with Kingsize bed and a smaller single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom.

Sitting /dining room with sofa, armchair, desk and chair, decorative fireplace, TV and Panasonic Audio System, dining area with table and 3 chairs, door to patio area.
Kitchen with electric hob, single oven, fridge, dishwasher, separate cupboard with freezer and microwave.
Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, armchair, wardrobe, table and two chairs.
Bedroom – sleeps 1, with 3ft single bed, bedside table and lamp, cupboard with hanging space.
Bathroom with bath, walk in shower with overhead rain shower & separate handheld shower head, wc and basin.
Garden
A small, paved area with bistro table and two chairs.

Wi-Fi available.
No parking but free on street parking available.
All bed linen and bath towels provided - please bring beach towels.
A cot and highchair are available on request.

Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
No dogs are allowed at this property.

Lavender Apartment is immaculate and designed to a very high standard. There's a great little café opposite, and the beach is only a couple streets away. We were visiting family in East Kent and would difinitely stay at Lavander Apartment again in the future.

Keepers Cottages' staff were extremely helpful in helping me find two properties in close proximity to each other for an extended family stay - not an easy from just looking at websites.
The location of the Lavender Apartment was ideal, situated within walking distance of beach and two castles. Well equipped, comfortable and easy free parking across the road, we couldn't ask for more.

Excellent accommodation finished to a very high standard with everything you’d need. Location was ideal just near the sea & a 20 minute flat walk to the centre of Deal & in the opposite direction a 15 minute stroll to Walmer Castle. Owners very friendly. Highly recommended.
