Fantastic place, even better than photos!

Immaculately clean; really well equipped kitchen; fantastic showers; comfortable beds; warm and cosy lounge; easy parking and check in. The weather was too cold to use the conservatory or garden but they would be lovely places in warmer weather. A perfect place for a group of friends.

The house is very well presented throughout and homely. Lovely atmosphere and very light. Bedroom sizes were great and fab dining area. And a gorgeous welcome basket.

Perfect for a family stay

Beautiful house with lots of space. Kitchen extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bedrooms with space for the baby’s cot. Good location close to Chesterfield centre.

We stay eight nights here. Though I have finished the stay for over a week. But the excellency of this holiday homes are still in every details in my mind. 1. Location is excellent. Cosy and comfortable holiday homes and good transportation link. Near to Chesterfield train station 2. Has One-Stop Convenience Store within 2 minute walking distance and open late till 10:00pm 3. Property is clean and tidy. Things are well planned and in very details like toiletries are using made in UK products 4. Conservatory provides additional cosy place to hang out 5. Definitely, I would come again.

Lovely modern house

Modern house, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and well equipped accommodation

The only (small) negative was insufficient fridge and freezer space for our group ( one small under the counter fridge and one small under the counter freezer). Overall though a great stay.

Best accommodation for family to explore the beauty of Peak District

Everything. Sets new benchmark for self catered accommodation in the UK. All the way from impressive exterior and ample car park for up to cars to spacious, modern, beautiful new interiors. Every room had a theme and four bedrooms were very well furnished to the smallest detail. Hooks, hinges, dust bins, shampoo, BBQ charcoal to ample linen and towels all with a valuable hamper and a nice welcome note by Martin & Tracy. I had memorable 6 nights and my family enjoyed every bit of it along with the sprinkler in back yard and much more. Spire Haven is next level for sure. Martin was courteous enough to deliver 4 fans on the hottest days spent there but the luxury of the place provided the needed comfort.

Sono stata in questa struttura per qualche giorno , nulla da eccepire. Tutto quello che una famiglia con un bambino ha bisogno, c’era ! Dal kit di benvenuto alla presenza di pastiglie per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Attraversando la strada è presente un negozio alimentare aperto fino a tardi, anche lì abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per poter soddisfare le esigenze di tutta la famiglia. La posizione della casa è a 10/15 minuti dal centro, facile da raggiungere. Siamo stati molto bene,come a casa ,torneremo sicuramente.
