Appartement très confortable avec une très belle vue
Compliqué pour se garer.On trouve des places mais il est préférable d' avoir une voiture automatique car il y a des montées abruptes, la plupart des emplacements sont en pente.

Sehr gepflegtes, ordentliches, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, großes Apartment. Ventilatoren in allen Schlafräumen. Top ausgestattete Küche. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, alles einwandfrei funktionierende Geräte.Zwei Bäder. Traumhaft, der Balkon geht um die gesamte Wohnung herum, mehrere nette und ansprechende Sitzgelegenheiten und Essplatz. Wäschegestell. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Sonnenmarkise. Parkplatz findet man immer. Spitzen WLAN. Großer Küchentisch mit sehr bequemen Sesseln, die gesamte Einrichtung zeugt von Qualität. Angenehme und äußerst unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Die Zufahrt zum Apartment und den Parkplätzen ist außergewöhnlich steil, mit einem großen Auto kann das manchmal recht schwierig sein, auch sehr eng zum Parken.

Appartement très grand, bien équipé et decoré avec goût. Et surtout une terrasse magnifique, qui fait le tour de l'appartement. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassés de la vue !!!
Si l'appartement avait un défaut ce serait l'insonorisation. Les chambres ont un simple vitrage, on entend facilement les bruits aux alentours. Heureusement, le quartier est assez calme.
