House located in Sarasota area near Bradenton. 5 minutes away from Indian Beach. 5 minutes away from Golf Course. 8 min away from Sarsota Bradenton Airport. 15 minutes away from IMG Academy. Also it’s around 20 min away from Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key and Lido beaches. A lot of stores and restaurants in the area. We have super fast internet and a work space with desk and chair so if you work remotely
All house, patio and backyard area can be used by the guests. Fenced yard. Fire Pit located at the yard with sitting area for 8 people. Private heated pool and spa (Please note that during outside temperature drops below 75F Spa and Pool may not be able to heat the water to desire temperature). Spa temperature can be controlled by remote located on a Spa.

We do provide complimentary supply such as (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish washer pads, shower gel) for the first time use only. Grill propane gas and or firewoods are subject to refill on the guest expense. $250 fee will be applied for parking on the grass. Garage parking subject for approval by Host. Please contact us if you have any questions. $1,000 fee will be applied if the guest will smoke in the house.

Very homey and the host was suoer attentive and helpful when anything was needed. I felt very comfortable and the nattresses in the rooms were absolutely amazing. I slept like a baby!!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this house. It was clean and the pool was nice. It was centrally located near the beaches and the airport. The description and pictures are very accurate! Thank you Igor for being a great host.

We came in town for a wedding. We needed to know if the property was undamaged due to the most recent hurricane in the area. It took weeks before the owner replied to my inquiry. I even reached out to VRBO to assist in contacting the owner. They promised a 48 hour reply. It was days later before I finally got a reply. We asked if we could cancel because we were unsure of the property’s condition. That is when the owner finally replied. He said that was not a reason to cancel. there is nowhere in the listing that says the owner can decide whether or not your reason to cancel was acceptable to him. We were in the timeframe for the full refund. Owner still denied our request to cancel. Once it was confirmed that the property was OK. We asked if we could do an early check-in because we were coming in town for a wedding and our request was denied. ,mDespite this. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The outside needs some improvement and maintenance.The water level in the hot tub was low. We could not raise the temperature. There were also some amenities that could be offered for future such as more than 1 towel per person. The neighborhood was run down and questionable as far as safety.
