Palms at Wailea 2206, offers the perfect location in Wailea. This 2-bedroom/2-bath unit surrounded by the lush landscaping make this a great Hawaiian getaway!
As you enter you will immediately be drawn to the fantastic views! Your large private lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful Maui morning or dine alfresco to a beautiful sunset. With ample seating for 6 and chairs to lounge.
The living space is quite inviting and open! Relax after a fun-filled day exploring all Maui has to offer. Complete with a large sectional that converts to a sleeper for additional sleeping, cozy reclining chairs to kick your feet up, and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything the inspired home chef would need. The dining table allows seating for four. Additional seating for two with an eat-up breakfast bar. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. The guest bath is located conveniently adjacent to the guest bedroom and has a beautiful walk-in shower. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in the primary bedroom. With a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, single split AC, and an en-suite bath. (Please note, the A/C unit is only available in the primary bedroom).
Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.
The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.
Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

The unit was nicely updated and in a fantastic location - amazing sunset views from the lanai. The unit had a wonderful cross breeze during the afternoon, but AC in the living room might be helpful to accommodate the peak heat levels in the late afternoon. The unit was nicely equipped with the necessary amenities, but was missing a few small items - spatula and scissors. Overall, great experience enjoyed by our family; will rent again.

Loved this condo—great layout, location, and thoughtfulness in the amenities and supplies. The kitchen was nicely stocked above and beyond with helpful utensils and appliances. Beach is an easy 10 min walk, other great beaches just a short drive. The unit was sparkling clean. Pool and grounds were lovely. Also, the customer service of the management team was excellent! They were helpful and responsive. Unit was as advertised. AC unit only in the master. Fans provided for other room which does get hot. Overall, So glad we stayed here. Would stay here again.

House is located in an amazing area and very convenient. The ocean views are amazing. Beach supplies are great! Areas of improvement include the, fans in the home were very dusty, the kitchen floor has some water damage and is buckling and closet in the master bedroom was broken. The twin beds need replacing.
