The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and ample closet space. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination.
The spacious living room boasts a 65-inch Smart TV, stylish new furnishings, and access to the large, private lanai. All Smart TVs come equipped with Cable to enjoy.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Palms, 1st time we were in an upper unit, this time a lower unit. After this stay, definitely prefer the upper unit with the views and proximity to the pool. The unit itself is well appointed and has everything our family of 5 needed for the 8 days we stayed. The site manager, Beau, was very very helpful, and had some great tips. I'll keep it short and sweet, great units, and would stay again. For the price you can't beat it compared to some of the expensive Hotels just down the street. Also, these units accommodate 5 comfortably compared to a cramped hotel room (try booking a single room for 5 at a Marriott or Grand Wailea, eye opener. We'll be back soon, not sure when, but we'll be back.

From check in to check out, our entire stay was great! This is a well kept condo with all the amenities a family needs during their stay. It is a short distance from a great beach and shops.

We had a great time staying here and this listing absolutely lived up to it's description. It felt very spacious for our family (2 adults, 1 kid) and we really enjoyed the lanai as a place to eat breakfast, read a book, or just relax. Would definitely stay here again.
