At home, the open floor plan lives large, offering plenty of room to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and a standalone island/breakfast bar for prep and mealtime. After a day of hiking or skiing, relax on the leather sofa while you enjoy the latest release streams on TV. Overall a good stay. Clean, comfortable, and a great location to things to do and places to eat in town. There were a few things that we weren't too happy about - we weren't able to use the fireplace, which is one of the main reasons we booked this place, the heat was blasting the entire time to the point we had to keep windows open in February and we weren't able to turn it down, and the pool/laundry/hot tub facilities were a hike away from this unit.

This place was in a GREAT location with walking distance to "downtown" Winter Park. Not even a half mile to the Rendezvous Event Center and plenty of restaurants within same walking distance.
The condo was clean and neat. It is small, though - I recommend it for just two people who are good at sharing space.

I didn't appreciate we couldn't have a fire in the fire place... did I miss that on the listing? Also, there was no can opener which was a real inconvenience...kitchen supplies were very limited. We always like the location of this complex but a little disappointed with this unit.
