This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the first floor and has all updated appliances and a pull out couch as well! The complex has amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and brand new tennis court. There is a laundry room located on the side of the building that is coin operated.
Guest Access:
You will have one parking space that is covered and any other space that is uncovered is open for all guests to use.
Getting Around:
If you need a rental car, you can book it with Royal Rentals, as they also offer delivery and pickup of the car at your desired location: www.zerobits.xyz/ct-luxury
Other Things to Note:
This property is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitors in common spaces to prevent parties.

This property was so nice and comfortable for our end of January family getaway. Having teenagers it was nice that they each got their own room so no fighting. Did get to use the hot tub and pool even though it was a bit chilly. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly. Location was very central and the free parking a definite bonus. Quick and easy communication with the host and no issues with our stay. Thanks Cam!!

The indoor space was amazing for a family of 4. The pool and hot tub were a favorite for our girls even though the weather was cooler than normal. Check in process was smooth and hosts were easy to get I touch with prior to arriving for last minute changes. Thanks again!
