We thought this area was safe and near things we specifically wanted, Indian Rocks Beach, our family etc. The place is clean and set up for conversation and fun with a ping pong table.
The bedrooms are comfortable for two couples really. The third BR is accessed by walking through the second BR and is very much attached to the bathroom that those two share. I would rent it again but ideally with two couples and 1 or 2 children. Maybe that's just me. I would be happy to stay here again. We had a fabulous time.

Property was clean / No DW pods / no trash bags / coffee maker worked poorly / master toilet defect continuous running / beds and couch low quality and uncomfortable
