Here you live in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance to the summer city city with everything it means such as market shopping, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. It is also walking distance to the newly built, very nice and popular beach promenade at Långeviks bathing place and Valbodalen harbor with the many boathouses that climb up the cliffs and on the island outside there are nice baths. There is also a small child-friendly beach. Here are several nice both sitting and barbecue areas with adorable views of Brofjorden's salt water. Via the main entrance to the villa you take the stairs up to the third floor where your apartment is located. From the entrance you enter this nice apartment which with its ceiling height of 210 cm gives a cozy impression, in the hall you first have to the right the apartment's shower room and then comes the WC with washing machine before you reach the apartment's kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge / freezer , coffee maker.
