The cottage is located secluded in the forest just outside Uddevalla, surrounded by fields, gravel roads, berry and mushroom forests. Here you wake up to the chirping of birds and have nature right outside your door – a place to really relax. A couple of minutes from the cottage awaits Kärrs brygga - a swimming spot with beautiful cliffs and a pier during the summer. A couple of minutes from the cottage, a swimming area with beautiful cliffs and a jetty awaits you during the summer. At the same time, it is close to Bohuslän's best summer experiences. In just over 10 minutes you can reach Hafsten with a child-friendly sandy beach, swimming cliffs and diving tower. There are also activities for the whole family here, such as a high-altitude track for those who want a little extra adventure. For more excursions, Kalvön nature reserve is recommended – which is located a little further out on Bokenäset. One of Bohuslän's most beautiful areas with cliffs, salty swimming and fantastic views of the sea. The cottage offers a homely feel with both old-fashioned charm and modern amenities. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including a wood stove for extra coziness), shower, washing machine and several social areas. Adjacent to the living room is a small veranda that has access to the nature outside. Upstairs, a sloping ceiling, a sleeping alcove with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed await you - perfect for a good night's sleep after a day at the seaside. The location makes it easy to discover more of Bohuslän. Take day trips to the archipelago idylls on Orust or along the coast, take a trip to Gothenburg (90km) with entertainment such as Liseberg, Universeum and its solid restaurant and shopping options. For shopping, Torp Shopping Center is also just a short drive away. Visit the cozy café and restaurant Stallgården (approx. 11 min) This is an accommodation for those who want the best of both worlds - the tranquility of the forest and the proximity to Bohuslän's salty swimming and summer pulse.
