About this house rental
This is a beautiful newly built upscale mountain home with meadow views. Log furnishings throughout the house accentuate the mountain lodge style decore. This home is great for large groups or multiple families looking to be close to skiing, the lake and casinos. Great for entertaining the home also offers a Brand New-55" 1080 HDTV with Blu-Ray Player and Pool table. There are Jacuzzi Tub's in two of the bathrooms. Luxury throughout. A Must See! Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection. Friends and I had a great time staying here. Short drive/quick Uber ride to all the South Lake attractions we wanted to do. Nice accommodations with plenty of space. Would definitely stay again, thanks.

This rental was awesome in many ways. The house is comfy, and the open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room was great. Plenty of space for my group.
That said, we were unable to get into the property the first night despite the fact that my friend and I spent two hours on the phone calling "emergency" numbers to no avail. We talked to multiple people who offered us empty promises and no callbacks. In a true emergency, don't expect help from the property managers. We called 7-8 hotels before finding a vacancy at the Motel 6. Needless to say, that's not the experience we were looking for. If you rent this property, I HIGHLY recommend arriving during business hours so that you can get help in case something goes wrong.
