It could have been better if the cooker was ready to use upon arrival. Unfortunately, still needs to be fixed though it's unforeseen circumstance but could have been checked before the guest arrive to ensure that everything will be smooth. One thing, better if the access card can be given along with the door keys. Upon arrival, it was not there. But those minor issues didn't affect our overall experience. The agent Areej, was also very helpful to assist my concerns and coordinated with the team immediately. I'm so delighted and grateful of Areej's assistance.

Overall apartment was good.

Location. It was difficult to reach the place. Kitchen equipment. No coffee machine. Cleanness. Could be a bit more clean. Nothing around to eat

The upkeep of the 3-BR apartment is generally fine. The water flow in all the toilets was feeble, that we had to leave without taking bath. The response to service call was very slow.

The location is close to a lot of restaurants and just a few minutes drive the mall.

They didn’t give us the original apartment to what we booked for and moved us to a different apartment which had a different amount to what we originally booked for and much more less cheaper. I didn’t like how the staff was slow to respond and when we asked for help in the stove, it took them 2 and half a hours to come.
