The townhouse was big and very well maintained. The interiors, kitchen equipment's, TV and all necessary stuff was in the right place. The host Ahmed was very good and kept communicating if I would need anything, time & again.
The entry to the villa area was not clear. The access card was inside the villa where as the door code given to me was wrong.

Great location. Good size villa.
Wasn’t cleaned great.
Without hot water for 4 days.
No bathroom for 3rd bedroom - have to use one of the other ensuite or go downstairs. No communal upstairs bathroom.
Kitchen wasn’t well equipped - no one. Dishes, not enough items for a full house to cook.
Only 2 pillows per bed.
No cleaning items - mop / brush / vacuum

The area and facilities are very attractive However, due to the construction activities nearby it is little noise but not affecting the stay.
Nothing in The villa was not good.
