Hotel Snehaprabha - Near to Nagaon Beach Alibaug

Location was great as the property was surrounded by greenary. The entire property and rooms were maintained with cleanliness. The staff was very supportive and co-operative. Mr. Prathamesh who is the care taker is very soft spoken and offered us a great hospitality.

Some hanging facility should be provided for clothes in the bathroom behind the door may be and also on the walls in the room. The dustbin should be placed in dry area rather than placing it below the washbasin which makes it wet and unhygienic.

We liked the welcoming, calm and cool headed nature of manager Mr. Prathamesh Mhatre. We were allowed to check-in at night 11:30 pm. He served the breakfast and lunch on time, food was fresh and good. The room was up to the mark, very neat clean well maintained fully furnished good interior design of the property. Lots of greenery and calmness around, peaceful surrounding. Also Mrs. Prachi the owner co-ordinated politely with us on the phone. Excellent service overall. Loved staying here.

Hospitality and location

1) the biggest problem at such places is the parking space because most of the properties give an open parking space but for this one it was within the boundary walls . 2) the attendant was always around for orders. 3) The garden area were mesmerizing. 4) Internet was good and didn't added to bill.

1) The room was clean but as i went to check a dropped bead under the bed it was a mess . as a cleanliness freak I personally dislike dirt under the bed. 2)The dinner on one night was not up to the mark .fried rice were raw and bit hard to chew and chapati got hard . we ate just to fill stomach. we ate all other meals outside after this. 3) We didn't ask for room service on day2 neither they asked if we need and that's ok no complaints but the bath towels should have been changed at least. 4)considering the above the room rent looked a bit high for 3000 plus taxes per night . this should have been around 2100 -2200 plus taxes for the experience we had.
