Cawood Heights - BYO Linen

Very spacious and had all facilities that we needed.

Having to supply/arrange our own linen was annoying when travelling from North Queensland. No one could tell us if there were blankets so we brought some on our travels only to find blankets on all beds.

Modern and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Cooking facilities were good. Lounge area was very comfortable. We walked down to the beach and into town. Easy and flat walking, about 1.5 into town.

A few things that need attention. The doors opened easily enough for fresh air but the windows in the bedrooms ( and we did unlock with the key) are very difficult to budge. Bit mouldy and cobwebs too. The black ceiling mould in the laundry and bathrooms need some attention also. Vacuuming under the beds would be good also, dead bugs and spiders present. We provided our own linen, covers were on doonas, but not sure how often they are changed, one had stains. Internet access would be good and correct cables/installation so you could use the DVD player would be handy. Traffic at times.

loved the property, it was fantastic location and so cozy!

I didn’t read that there were no towels or sheets so we had to buy them in town so I’ll know for next time
