very clean , was comfortable and location was okay

need’s upgrade in the kitchen, ( cooking pots and frying pans )

The layout was very convenient for each family. Top floor had Queen bedroom with bathroom/hot tub shower right opposite, which is also accessible to all. Downstairs had three bedrooms with a shared bathroom with double showers!!! Which is good for large groups/ families. Large upstairs area for kids to play. Steep stairs. Bring a portable gate if you have toddlers, or a playcot. Outdoor deck area looks to the mountains. Front balcony looks to the residential street. Kitchen had all your basic needs and alot of utensils to use. Oil Heaters for every room. Very handy. Overall, a great place for family getaway and affordable!!

Fridges weren't as cold as you would hope, once you jam all the food in for a large group it will slow the cooling. Hot water seemed to come and go, first night was extra hot. Second night the hot water seemed to had gone after cooking dinner and washing up. Being a double storey wooden floors, it can get really noisy with kids. Can hear everyone walking or stomping around top floor. Pity there is a fee if you want to have bed sheets and towels provided. We brought our own. No biggie.

Then location...price...space it offered
