Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und schön; alles hat funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Wir durften den Außenbereich und den Poolbereich jederzeit mitbenutzen. Auch der Außenbereich ist hochwertig, sauber und wunderschön.

Luxurious basement apartment with all the comfort, beautiful furniture and art. It is built for family guests rather than tourists: very well equipped for a short or long stay. The owners, a young family who are completing their dream house, live upstairs but the unit is independent from the house and you have the full privacy and quietness. We extended for another week because we liked it so much. My wife does not like basement apartments so she was very hesitant at first but she loved this one. It is well designed with a lot of light and one can return during the summer heat to a naturally cool apartment. The inside temperature did not go above 25C even when there was 48C outside, and an air conditioner was often optional. There are several outside areas for guests for grilling, having a cup of coffee or drink under a pine tree with the view of Cagliari. A lot of entertainment inside like a beautiful pool table, video games, etc. A good and stable internet speed (~30MBps). The area is very quiet and we slept very well. It is a 5 min away by car to a local beach La Maddalena where locals swim and where were swam many days (very warm water and free parking). But also within 30 minutes you can reach Cagliari or many beautiful southern beaches (e.g. our favorites were Nora and Sa Colonia). Poggio dei Pini is a small town in the hills with greenery, a lake and nice houses surrounded by pines as the name implies. Beautiful hills and rock foundations behind and around. If it was less hot, my wife would have loved to explore the trails and the nature reserves with the archeological sites in the hills. If any recommendation we can make is to make a water tap outside so the guests can clean their feet from the sand and protect the apartment. Also a few extra and softer pillows for the bedroom, as my wife thought the pillow was very firm.
