Nişantaşı Diamond Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mart. I had an issue with my room when I first arrived, and he went completely above and beyond to make things right. He quickly helped change my room and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. What really stood out was that throughout the rest of my trip, Mart continued to check in and make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He was always pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring, which made the experience so much better. Elif was also fantastic and very kind and welcoming. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well, the rooms were always spotless and well maintained. Overall, the customer service here was exceptional, and the staff truly made me feel valued as a guest. I would absolutely stay here again.

Not all staff members were as friendly

What I liked most about this hotel was the incredibly helpful and enthusiastic staff! The front desk staff member, named Miraç Mert Hasanbaş was very pleasant and gave me great recommendations for places to visit and eat in Istanbul, as well as helpful advice on choosing other cities to travel to in Turkey. The second thing I really loved was the breakfast — it was absolutely delicious and high quality. Although the hotel stated that breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, we often came down late and even stayed until around 10:15, and it was never a problem. The lady working at the breakfast area was also extremely kind and attentive; every time we came down, she would bring us even more food!

Overall, there was really nothing much to complain about.

Location Stuff

The hotel is smoky .. upon arrival I was given a room with no view from the bars, a view of cigarettes 🤭 on the stairs and a dark room .. and after notifying me the receptionist changed my room to a bigger and better one, but it still smelled of cigarettes. No choice at all and mostly cheese from the day before, so after 3 days I went out for breakfast. The receptionists were nice but I still don't recommend the hotel if you are a non-smoker.
