Eight wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was just as described. Great location, just a few minutes from everything! Property was quiet and really liked seeing the security walking around in the evening.

This property is very centrally, located close to Schlitterbahn and close to river rafting companies. There’s a walk down to the river that is ok but not a safe place for small children to play in the river but still relaxing. The front guest bedroom lets in a lot of light with the porch light on all night. Could use blackout curtains. And I packed k-cups for a keurig but they had a drip coffee maker. No biggie just need to know. The place was nice and big for our family of 6. Plenty of beds! Woukd stay again.

Property is nice enough, nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. Close location to Schlitterbahn, great access to river. Pool and spa was nice to go to after day at waterpark. Big grass fields for kids to play in. Lots of parking. Lots of beds. Master king mattress was super duper soft. Some people love, some don't. Small bathrooms, but gets the job done. Good size patio. Would stay again.

The resort was very nice and great location. Few maintenance issues that we reported. We would definetly go back especially if maintenance completed.
