Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Even with the few problems we had, I thought the place was lovely and had a great time. Very nice furniture and I loved the privacy, beach access and other amenities.

Nice stay. Nice amenities. I feel like the house needs a few upgrades like making sure all electrical outlets are working and the laundry room door and back door was
a pain to open and shut. Other than that no complaints. Very clean and easily accessible.

We had so many repairs that needed to be done, including broken doors, no batteries in the remotes, missing lightbulbs, and a broken ice machine. The items were fixed on our third night except for the doors.
