So we booked this on Expedia, and looking at the ad, you wouldn't know that these condos are two stories, and have other condos to the sides. However, they were great. You really couldn't hear any of the neighbors, and the beach was a super short walk away. The first night we were there, the AC went out in our place, but they had it fixed in no time. Checking in was super easy, even if you dont make it by the 5 pm deadline. The only issue we really had was a sliding glass door to the back porch that was almost impossible to open, but that wasn't a big deal at all. The property, including the beach, was very clean, and every employee that we spoke to was super awesome. When we go back down to Destin, we will absolutely book with these guys again!

We had a great time. The condo was comfortable, in a great location, and had great amenities. The price was very reasonable. More communication needed when the water went out. Time to replace the bed.

Decor was good condo was clean. The king size bed was below par, caused back issues, curtains in room did not provide sufficient darkness to sleep. More cookware would have been appreciated. Many knives were dull or damaged. Would not recommend Condo 9123 to family or friends.
