About this apartment rental
The One Apartment has a modern town centre location. Close to the local amenities of Playa Blanca with its bars, restaurants and town beach. With a roof terrace that has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
Enjoying excellent sea and mountain views, the apartment roof terrace (accessed via a narrow spiral stair case) is great for dining alfresco or relaxing in the Playa Blanca sunshine. There is a kitchenette and dining area on the terrace, as well as sun loungers.
Inside the apartment is spacious and open plan for modern living. The lounge-diner and kitchen area boasts views to the sea and the town centre. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required.
There are two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom), both with air conditioning, sharing one bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.
Hiring a car is not necessary due to the central location. The large Hiper Dino supermarket is moments away walking for all your food shopping needs, whilst there are collections of bars, restaurants and tapas bars within minutes’ walking distance. The seafront is easy to access, as well as the delightful beaches in Playa Blanca

Came with my husband, brother and sister in law to celebrate my 70th birthday. The apartment was as accurately described, well equipped and spacious.Communication with the host/agent was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity of a late checkout, before our evening flight back, enabling us to make the most of the last day. The roof terrace is awesome, and equipped with duplicate items reduces the trips up and down the spiral staircase with glasses, plates etc. The only down side was the entrance/approach opposite the front door, looking like a rubbish tip (old mattresses, fridge, bikes etc - think they must be ‘overspill’ from the back of the appt opposite, and in truth it didn't affect us at all apart from not looking great as we arrived, and ‘view’ from the bedroom windows! Would def stay again, loved the location, cleanliness, and communication.
