God plads, tæt på offentlig transport. God kontakt til udlejer. Ikke mindst da vi smækkede os ude. Gode senge og rart med 2 toiletter. Rent og pænt.

Meget fugtigt indeklima, synes der manglede lidt køkkenudstyr (skærebræt mm). Fjernsynet var dårligt i billedkvaliteten.

Hay humedad por condensacion, el baño no se seca

This is a very spacious apartment with high ceilings. It is very well stocked with essentials. Communication with the owner Filipa was very easy, with quick responses to any queries.

There is a serious issue with damp in this apartment. There is a musty smell which initially is not that noticeable due to the number of air fresheners in the apartment. However, after a couple of days we noticed that the bedclothes and our clothes were feeling damp and starting to smell musty. In places the paint is flaking from the walls due to damp and a number of doors don't close properly as they seem to have warped with the damp. The shower water would not drain and the bathroom floor was covered in water after each shower. While there is a fan it doesn't seem to work as the steam was always very slow to clear. The apartment wasn't very clean. We had to wash all cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses as they were not clean. There was a toaster that was unusable as it was so dirty smoke started coming from it. Some of the blinds were very dirty, mostly with mould. Following our stay we raised these issues with Filipa the owner, who acknowledged the damp issue in the apartment block and was very concerned about the cleanliness issue. She kindly offered us a partial refund on our stay as compensation.
