Schickes kleines Apartment ( Nr. 16) mit separater Küche. Apartment hat mehrere Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen. So bekommt man sicher an heißen Sommertagen den Raum gekühlt. Uns hat der zusätzliche Ventilator sehr gefallen und geholfen. Bad und Küche haben keine Fenster. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett (180 x 200 cm) sehr bequem. Es gibt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Parkplätze (8) sind am Haus vorhanden.
Das Apartment war unterm Dach. Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen hätten sehr wahrscheinlich Probleme mit den Treppen. Die Schrägen im sehr hellen Apartment haben uns nicht gestört.

Die untetschiedliche Bewertung liegt daran ,das wir bei 40 Grad quasi dei Dachgeschosswohnung hatten.Es stand kein Ventilator zur Verfügung ,auch auf Nachfrage beim.Vermieter war kein App.wechsel möglich,obwohl auf der Homepage welche frei waren.Antwort...*er wäre beim Geburtstag und könne mitfühlen er wohne privat auch im DG. Wir sind daher nur 1 Nacht geblieben und sind vorzeitig abgereist,war nicht zum aushalten!
