Lage, Sauberkeit, Begrüßung, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit bei den Zuständigen.
Sehr unterschiedliche Größe der beiden Schlafzimmer (eines so klein, dass gerade das Bett hineinpasst, Milchhlafrnster zu einem Lichtschacht). Keine Nachttische, keine Nachttisch-/Leselampe. Keine ausreichende Geschirrausstattung für vier Personen (nur zwei Tassen).

Die Stadtnähe
Die Wohnung war im 4. Stock im Dachgeschoss. Bei heißem Wetter war die Wohnung viel zu heiß. Eine Abkühlung durch öffnen der Fenster ist nur lärmunempfindlichen Personen zu empfehlen, weil der Marktplatz bedingt durch die Straßenbahn (zentraler Knoten der Stadt, 6 Linien kreuzen sich hier) laut ist. Der Straßenbahnverkehr ist nachts nur kurz unterbrochen.
