Sovereign House - Close to harbour with parking

Absolutely fantastic apartment.

The apartment interior was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It is also very well equipped, clear instructions given for all equipment. The issue of the littered and messy patio was quickly resolved.

This apartment is advertised as having a ‘landmark view’ a patio and terrace. When booking we thought it had a sea view and the picture of The Terrace certainly reinforced that impression. However, on arrival we discovered the apartment is actually situated in the basement and the only view is of the legs and feet of passers by! The patio is an algae covered internal courtyard surrounded on all sides by a three story building, there was no patio furniture available. The terrace is an underground vault like space which contained nice outdoor furniture but with a view of the basement level front door. I feel the advertisement should be reviewed to better reflect the reality of what is on offer. We paid a premium price for this accommodation, we shall not be returning.
