There is no front desk. You have to self check in. In an order for you to do so you would have call the number that is on a piece of paper in the lobby that you cannot get into because you do not have an access code the room was not that clean. There is no one to assist you with supplies. If you’re having a cold day, the heating does not work the way you want it to work. Everything seems to be controlled somewhere else and no one is there to really assist you my ITV did not have any Internet connection so I was unable to watch TV until I decided to use my phones Wi-Fi hotspot to connect to the TV to have the ability to watch TV. This facility is not that great when you do not have a receptionist, and when I did call for assistance, they never called me back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The area felt safe, and we were comfortable walking around at night. Our room was spacious, and the heating system worked very well during the colder nights of our stay.
Unfortunately, several issues affected our overall experience and led me to give only 3 stars.
Since I had already read reviews mentioning delays with check-in information, I contacted them in advance. The hotel stated that check-in instructions would be provided 24 hours before arrival, but this did not happen. I had to reach out again on the day of arrival, and they finally sent the details only a few hours before we arrived. We were lucky because there is no reception desk, and it was pouring rain when we got there.
Second, when we entered our room, we noticed major stains, including what appeared to be blood stains, on the underside of the duvet cover, the side facing the sheets. It seemed as though the stained side had been intentionally placed facing down so it would not be immediately visible. I contacted the hotel through the Agoda app right away but received no response.
Third, there was no Wi-Fi information available in our room or elsewhere in the hotel. There were some QR codes displayed on papers in the lobby that supposedly contained useful information, but none of them worked. I asked one of the cleaning staff members for help, but she did not know the Wi-Fi details and said she would ask the manager, who was not on site. Unfortunately, my roaming service was experiencing issues, so although I had internet access, I could not make phone calls. I contacted the hotel again through Agoda and received no reply. On the second night, I met another guest in the lobby who happened to have Wi-Fi information in his room. However, the credentials he gave me did not work, possibly because we were staying on different floors. Eventually, my husband purchased roaming access so we could call the number provided by the hotel. We were finally given the Wi-Fi password, and the staff member on the phone said they would inform the manager about the stained sheets. However, the sheets were never changed during the remainder of our six-night stay.
Fourth, the elevator was out of service for three of the six days we were there.
Finally, while the room included some amenities, there were several small but noticeable issues. The safe did not work, tea and coffee were provided without mugs, and no housekeeping or cleaning service was performed during our entire six-night stay, which is unusual for a hotel.
Overall, the hotel itself is quite nice, which makes these issues even more disappointing. Most of them are relatively minor and could be easily fixed, but together they created a poor guest experience. No one wants to sleep in stained sheets or struggle to get basic information such as Wi-Fi access. With some improvements in communication, cleanliness, and maintenance, this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.
