LUX 38b LUXURY PENTHOUSE & DELUXE APPARTEMENTS

We booked Mike’s penthouse in Zadar and were completely blown away. The ocean view is absolutely stunning and having a private pool and jacuzzi on the roof top terrace entirely to ourselves with plenty of seating areas made the stay feel incredibly special and luxurious. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean, with gorgeous interior and an unbelievable level of attention to detail. It is extremely well equipped — honestly, everything you could possibly think of is there. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you can think of (e. g. dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plenty of kitchenware and silverware, Tupperware etc.) and even a laundry room with washer, drying racks, detergent an incredible amount of towels. (Towels are often something apartments and hotels don’t provide enough of, but here there were more than enough). Every room has a smart TV, the AC worked perfectly and the Wi-Fi also worked excellent throughout our stay. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We were traveling with our 9 year old and our baby, and the host could not have been more accommodating. He provided a baby crib without any problem and even stocked the refrigerator with drinks for us and things for our baby. So thoughtful. When we arrived, we were greeted with a huge smile, great spirit and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice in a cooler, which was such a thoughtful touch and Mike’s friendly and detailed welcoming really set the tone for the whole stay. He is an absolute fantastic host. He was always available, incredibly friendly, outgoing, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. He gave us some excellent tips for Zadar and was simply a really great person to deal with from beginning to end. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into this place. It isn’t just a beautiful penthouse — it is a place where the host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent stay!! Hosts are extremely accommodating, we friendly welcomed and greeted with a bottle of local wine, fresh fruits and even some sweets for children :). Also throughout our stay they kept checking whether we are doing fine, if we need anything, provided tips about restaurants and surroundings, etc. The apartment is nicely decorated with all the appliances and equipment as advertised. Even more - there were all the necessities which you may require either in the kitchen (e.g. oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, towels, etc.) on in general (i.e. items for BBQ, mosquito kit, etc). There is also guaranteed parking in front of the building. Overall - fantastic stay!!
