Lakefront Cottage on Cherokee Lake - with private dock Small Dog friendly

Waterfront 2 bedroom and 2 bath 1,200 square foot cottage (manufactured home built in 2003) with over 200 feet of lake frontage on pristine Cherokee Lake. We are centrally located halfway between Jefferson City and Morristown. For your convenience we are less then 10 minutes from Walmart and dozens of restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Applebee's and Chick-fil-a. within an hour to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge and only 50 miles to Gatlinburg. 4 guest max. Boat launch at Panther Creek state park is only a few minutes away, dock your boat on our EZ dock which has built in bumpers and also has 2 jet ski ports. NOTE: The water flutuates so the dock is usually available mid May to mid sept. The dock will accommodate up to a 20 foot boat only. Being on the water with a dock allows you to bring your own boat or jet ski and enjoy the amazing lake. Please note: this is a no wake zone from the cove to past the marina, if you have a boat or jet ski please follow those rules or you will be asked to leave.
a few notes -Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, microwave, toaster, toaster over, ice maker, dishes and utensils, hand mixer, blender, Keurig coffee maker (pod and ground coffee), full spice rack, basic pantry items. Dishwasher – pods provided.
Sleeps 4: 2 full baths, 2 queen size beds and all towels. Wireless Spectrum Internet, Linens and towels provided, brand new Heating and Cooling System, new roof and new water tank, brand new Pergo floor and new windows.

We also have a NEMA 14-50 EV receptacle (level 2) for your EV charger. Use of it after 8:00pm is included in the rental. Please bring your EV without fear of finding a charger. We also have a 15' RV extension cord if your EV mobile charge can't reach the outlet.
PETS: One dog is allowed up to 50 pounds. Special requests may be considered. Sorry no cats
Swimming and Dock: Since the lake level fluctuates, we recommend bringing swim shoes as the area around the dock and shore is rocky. For your safety, please NO DIVING off the dock. During winter months the dock is no longer in the water. the "full pool" level for Cherokee lake is 1,070' (above sea level)- our dock is floating in 1,060' which means the dock is usable usually mid May to about the end of September.
