About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 45 Minutes to Knoxville. 25 minutes to Morristown, or Jefferson City. Lovely View of lake and mountains. About an hour drive to Sevierville, Dollywood. Aqua color house with chain link fence. Only small to medium 25 pounds size pets would prefer only 1 animal. Update there is doors on bedrooms. There will be a pet fee. NO SNAKES!!
The space
Beautiful views of lake and Smokey mountain and Grandfather mountain from back yard and porch. GRAINGER county park is about a five minute drive. Cherokee Dam is about 10 to 15 minutes with swimming access. Near by boat docks with pontoon rentals, or bring your on boat and launch at near by dock or Grainger county park, boat ramp.

The house does not have lake access. It is Lake view only.
Other things to note
There is a small step up at entrance.
Back porch has steps. There is two step downs in the house. Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Very clean. Had everything we needed; ice, microwave, shower, laundry, kitchen utensils, tv with streaming services. Second time to stay here.

I LOVE IT THERE THIS MAKES TWO YEARS IN A ROW THAT I STAY THERE.CLOSE TO CHEROKEE BOAT RAMPS.
