Nestled on the third floor, our 1350 ft² vacation home was crafted with memorable family getaways in mind, ensuring a sun-filled retreat. With unparalleled oceanfront access, the sand is under your feet in mere moments. Plus, a myriad of restaurants and coffee shops are just a short stroll away. The Space:
Master Bedroom boasts a King Size upholstered bed with a 12'' hybrid mattress, two firm and two soft pillows, captivating ocean views from windows, a working desk with a monitor, closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom features two queen size upholstered beds with 12'' hybrid mattresses, a selection of firm and soft pillows, a working desk, closet, and a full bathroom complete with a bathtub.
Living room is adorned with a supremely comfortable 93" lounge deep Crate & Barrel sofa, two lounge chairs, ottomans, and a stunning 70-inch smart TV with Roku channels.
Dining area showcases a walnut wood dining table with minimalist dining chairs that comfortably seat eight.
Kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a drip coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, stove, toaster, blender, and cookware. Dine with style with eight sets of dining ware, plates, bowls, utensils, and drinkware.
Terrace invites relaxation with two chairs and a table that seats four, offering glimpses of the ocean framed by palm trees.
Beach gear set for a perfect day out includes four beach chairs, a 7.5 ft umbrella, and a diverse 100+ book collection.

Right on the dividing line between Hallandale and Hollywood, this beach front condominium is perfect location for a sun filled family vacation. Within walking distance there is an Italian, Argentinian, and Japanese restaurant and a 7-11 convenience store. Crossing the bridge either by walking (15 min) or car there are many shops and restaurants including a Walmart.
If you don't plan on traveling much you can manage without renting a car by walking to the convenience store and Walmart across the road. However for ultimate convenience best to have a car to get around the area.
Laundry:
For your laundry needs, a room is conveniently located on the same floor as our unit, right by the elevator. To utilize the washing machines, you'll first need to scan the QR code present within the laundry room, which will guide you to download a specific app. After downloading, it's essential to add funds to this app, which will enable you to operate the machines.
Additional Fees:
Rest assured there are no concealed charges. Upon your arrival, it's obligatory to purchase guest wristbands (also referred to as fobs). These wristbands facilitate unrestricted access within the premises. The cost stands at $30 for a pair of adults, and for a group of four, it's $60. This amount is a one time cost for the entire stay and settled directly at the Sian front desk during check-in.
Parking:
If you plan to bring a vehicle, the valet parking service charges a daily rate of $10, payable directly to Sian. Lastly, should you expect or receive any parcels during your residence,

We had a great time and so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The showers were the only thing that could have used a little attention for cleanliness and there were no stoppers for the kitchen sink or the tub but everything else was great. Thanks for the accommodations

The location was great. Easy access to the beach! The building was very nice and valet worked seamlessly for us even on busy nights. The unit was just what we wanted. Everything we needed was right there for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils! I would book it again!
