About this apartment rental
We propose to you to rent, in a small convivial hamlet, located on the commune of Algans, within this charming house with swimming pool a flat on the ground floor, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you will be able to enjoy a shared plot of land of about 1 hectare as well as a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with sofa bed (double) and coffee table.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: a breakfast bar, electric kettle, microwave (with oven functionality), toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee maker... and dining area.
- Bedroom 1 (nature chic): one queen-size bed (160×200), one single bed (90×190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 (Buddhist Zen): a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single extendable bed (90×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (not heated), open from May to the end of September with alarm, measuring 9m×5m (can be privatised on request).
- A large shared plot of land of 1 hectare, not overlooked, with a large cabin for children or adults.
- A private terrace, facing west-south-west, of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, fan (possibility of access to a tumble dryer on request).
The apartment is ideally located in Algans, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market, etc. within 10 minutes by car.
Activities :
You can benefit from the location of the accommodation in the centre of Occitania
- Cycling, walking in the countryside, various horse riding centres, tourist circuits in the Pays de Cocagne and the Lauragais.
- 10 minutes from the Vajra Yogini International Buddhist Institute (a centre which has already received the Dalai Lama)
- To visit: farms, beehives (honey production), Gallac vineyards...
- Various castles: Magrin, Roquevidal...
- Visit the surrounding towns : Lavaur, Albi (Cathedral Sainte-Cécile classified by Unesco), Toulouse (Pink City, the Capitol square), Lautrec, Gaillac, Carcassonne (Citadelle classified by Unesco), Castres (Goya museum, Jean Jaurès museum...), Giroussens (potter's village), Verfeil (fortified town, museum of the Countess of Ségur)...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the house's grounds which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

- Bus line Toulouse-Castres at 5 kms (at Cuq Toulza).
- Nearest train station: Lavaur train station located at about 18 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport located at about 45 minutes by car.
