The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned semi-detached house for rent in Puylaurens. It has a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a land of around 10,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful private, unfenced land of around 1 hectare
- A south-facing terrace of around 15 m², partially shaded
- A south-facing terrace of approximately 17 m², furnished and partially shaded, perfect for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Puylaurens, in a very pleasant setting. All essential shops are nearby.
