The location was in a neighborhood versus right in a busy tourist area, which is good, and it was walkable to all the places you would want to go see. Be prepared to walk up hill though. That is just the geography.
The shower head needs to be remounted to the wall so you do not have to hold it while you shower. Dryer was broken. The property is an aged home but everything you need is there.

poca potencia en la electricidad, no podiamos tener electrodomesticos y aire encendidos al mismo tiempo. Por las noches hacia fresco y los aires no daban mucho de si

Situación y limpieza
Casa muy fría y sin posibilidad de poner más calefacción pues los Split están regulados externamente. Adicionalmente si enchufas una estufa saltan los fusibles, no permitiendo calentar la casa adecuadamente. Es una na pena porque la casa está bastante bien, pero si no dejan al inquilino estar a gusto pierde todo el sentido alojarse aquí.
