La ubicación, cercanía a la playa y el aparcamiento en invierno. cerca se encuentra varios locales de hostelería con variedad de comidas.
La cama del dormitorio principal, el colchón esta muy deformado, necesita renovación inmediata. La climatización e insonorización de las ventanas es inexistente, hacia mucho frio. Aire acondicionado solo en el salón principal. resto de habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción. El propietario nos dejo un radiador de aceite viejo, compramos un calefactor para el baño y poder calentar la casa con mas rapidez. No me sentía seguro en una casa que la terraza y el balcón carecian de rejas. Sofá muy viejo deformado y de polipiel. Es una casa con mucho potencial pero a mi parecer un poco dejada en mantenimiento.
