La Villa dell Artista con vista mare e dune - IUN Q7440

The villa is extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, barbecue area, and outdoor shower are all exceptionally well-equipped, well-stocked, and spotlessly clean. We genuinely had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The terrace offers stunning views of the beach and the sea, and we were lucky enough to enjoy both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach is just an 8-minute walk downhill, with the return walk taking about 10 minutes. Even in August, we were always able to find a spot on the beach. The sea was wonderfully clear, and the rocks were good for snorkeling. We especially appreciated how peaceful and well-kept the whole place was. Finally, Roberto was an excellent host — communication with him was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

Posizione fantastica, vista sul mare come da fotografie. Per scendere al mare a piedi si possono fare delle scalette, abbastanza ripide ma che permettono di arrivare velocemente. La casa é completa, molto bene curata e disposta ottimamente. La terrazza e bellissima.

Die Lage ist einmalig. Die Terasse ist sichtgeschützt von den Nachbarn und trotzdem hat man eine tolle Sicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist neu und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss und dadurch an heißen Tagen etwas kühler. Den Strand erreicht man bequem in ca. 5-10 min über zwei Treppen (ca. 100 Stufen). Der Strand ist bewirtschaftet aber es gibt auch einen langen offenen Teil, wo man immer einen freien Platz mit viel Freiraum findet. Das Wasser wie üblich in Sardinien glasklar. Roberto war immer sofort erreichbar für Auskünfte und Fragen.

Wyjątkowe położenie, komfortowe mieszkanie, duży taras. Apartament - 10/10.

Niestety, miesiąc po wymeldowaniu właściciel "przypomniał" sobie, że nie pobrał turystycznego podatku w wysokości 42 Euro (w opisie obiektu nie było o tym mowy, stwierdziłem, że jest wliczony w cenę). Sugeruje, że jestem dłużnikiem gminy i poinformuje o tym władze lokalne, jeśli nie przeleję mu odpowiedniej kwoty. Takie zachowanie właściciela uważam za niestosowne, a wymaganie dodatkowej opłaty nieprzewidzianej w umowie (która podwyższa koszt mojego pobytu) jest nie do zaakceptowania.
